Tracy partners with the management teams of LDC’s portfolio businesses, assisting the realisation of their growth ambitions.
Tracy joined LDC in 2022, with over 17 years of private equity experience with previous roles at Royal Bank Equity Finance and as part of the Executive Management of Bridgepoint and Pollen Street Capital backed transactions. She has supported management teams to deliver strong financial returns in a range of sectors including financial services, infrastructure, real estate and manufacturing, .
Most recently Tracy spent three years in the buy-and-build of Lumon, a high growth international payments business, leading the revenue generation, rebranding, and integration of six businesses, resulting in revenue growth from £6m to £22m over three years. Prior to that she was MD of the retail division of moneycorp, managing £90m of revenue airport contracts, a 400 strong sales team and leading the transition to ATM, online and pre-paid card sales, resulting in the doubling of EBITDA during the three years of her leadership.
Tracy graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Economics and Management, then spent four years with OC&C strategy consultants where she developed her passion for developing high performing sales functions. Outside of work she manages her daughter’s football team, enjoys family cycling and skiing, and runs the taxi service for her three children.
