Tom works closely with management teams across London looking to grow their business with the support of a private equity partner.
Since joining LDC in 2020, Tom has supported the investment into market-leading provider of high-power cloud computing solutions Creative ITC, and high-speed broadband provider Wifinity. He has also supported portfolio company Babble with the execution of their buy and build strategy and the subsequent sale of the business to Graphite Capital in a £90m transaction. He also supports the firm’s partnership with Capital Economics.
Tom was previously a Manager in PwC’s M&A Corporate Finance team, where he focused on the financial services sector, and worked on numerous mid-market private equity and corporate transactions. He also has experience across a number of other sectors including business services, healthcare and industrials.
A first-class graduate from Nottingham University, Tom began his career in Audit, where he gained his ACA.
