Nicola is the Deputy General Counsel at LDC.
Nicola joined LDC in 2018 and her responsibilities include risk management and working with the investment and portfolio teams on prospective investments, portfolio management and exits.
Prior to joining LDC, Nicola was an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where she advised global private equity sponsors and other financial investors on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public to private transactions, carve-outs, exits, co-investments and management incentivisation arrangements.
Nicola has a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol and an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick.
