He brings experience from a decade in strategic roles in industry, underpinned by a decade in Corporate Finance across both M&A and Restructuring.

Mark joined LDC from Bentley Motors where he was Chief Strategy Officer with responsibilities for their restructuring programme, development of their ‘Beyond100’ corporate strategy and the business’ response to the COVID-19 crisis. Before that, at Jaguar Land Rover, Mark held a number of leadership positions including Globalisation Director and Corporate Strategy Director.

Prior to moving into the automotive industry Mark worked for Rothschild, advising public companies, private equity houses and privately-owned businesses, with the majority of his M&A transactions being in the business services and consumer products sectors. This was after working for EY in Corporate Restructuring where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, having graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Management Science.
