Mark brings experience from a decade in strategic roles in industry, underpinned by a decade in Corporate Finance across both M&A and Restructuring.
As part of his role at LDC, Mark sits on the board of Star Live, Atcore, Precision Micro and Shaken Udder.
Mark joined LDC from Bentley Motors where he was Chief Strategy Officer with responsibilities for their restructuring programme, development of their ‘Beyond100’ corporate strategy and the business’ response to the COVID-19 crisis. Before that, at Jaguar Land Rover, Mark held a number of leadership positions including Globalisation Director and Corporate Strategy Director.
Prior to moving into the automotive industry Mark worked for Rothschild in M&A and EY in Corporate Restructuring, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, having graduated from the University of Warwick with a first class degree in Management Science.
