Richard leads LDC’s team of Value Creation Partners and is responsible for ensuring the team works in partnership with management teams to help improve their commercial, operational and technological effectiveness during our investment lifecycle
Richard was previously at Avado, a private equity backed digital learning business, where he was Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to this, Richard has worked closely with several ambitious management teams to shape and execute growth plans backed by some of the UK’s leading private equity investors. He has held a mix of permanent and interim management team roles focused on driving key elements of the value creation strategy.
Richard holds a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Manchester and spent his early career with EY Advisory and PA Consulting
