Andrew partners with LDC portfolio companies to improve procurement, supply chain and working capital that supports operational robustness and capacity for growth whilst delivering significant EBITDA improvement.
Andrew has near twenty years’ experience in private equity-backed procurement, operational and commercial leadership roles including nine years with Bridgepoint/Pepco Services where Andrew was responsible for value creation activities across a large investment portfolio.
He has extensive experience of partnering with management teams to identify and deliver solutions which improve resilience, capacity and EBITDA. Prior to Bridgepoint/PEPCO, Andrew held senior roles at BAA and CEVA Logistics.
Andrews holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Birmingham.
