Since joining LDC in 2015, he has supported the growth of several businesses across the tech and business services sectors including Acora, REAL Digital, Kerv, Onecom, Lucida Group, Paladone and Magicard.
Aylesh has been heavily involved in helping his portfolio companies create value through transformative acquisitions as well as supporting the delivery of organic growth initiatives.
Aylesh is a qualified accountant and has a degree in Mathematics from Manchester University. Before joining LDC, he spent three years as a senior executive in the mid-market M&A team at EY, having previously worked in the firm’s audit practice.
