Sam leads LDC’s marketing and communications strategy. She works with her team to support the continued success of the business through integrated marketing activities.

Since joining LDC in 2016, Sam has spearheaded award-winning campaigns such as The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders, new digital marketing initiatives, and supported over 150 transactions.

She has more than 20 years of experience in B2B and corporate marketing and communications.

Prior to LDC, Sam was Marketing Director at Arvato, an international business process outsourcing company, part of the Bertelsmann Group. Reporting to the CEO, she established an award-winning marketing function.

Before moving client-side, she spent 12 years working at two of the largest global communications consultancies.

Sam held multiple roles in her seven years at Hill & Knowlton spending time in both London and Stuttgart. She headed the UK business development function and a global client service initiative, and led the firm’s international relationships with LinkedIn, Samsung, Intel and HP.

At Edelman, Sam was based in London and New York, supporting clients including Factiva and Orange Business Solutions.

She is a graduate of the University of Lancaster and the University of Colorado.
