John supports ambitious management teams across the North West looking to take the next step in their growth journey with the backing of a private equity partner.

Since joining LDC in 2017, he has worked on a series of successful partnerships.

John supported creative and technology group MSQ Partners to double revenue and headcount, and triple profits in an initial four year partnership, and helped SRL Traffic Systems to increase revenues by more than 70% in a two year partnership.

He has also led LDC’s successful exits from manufacturer ChargePoint luxury holiday cottage provider Pure Cottages Group and construction software specialist Eque2.

John is currently a board member on MSQ Partners, software providers Talos360 and IEG4, and manufacturer Rhino Products.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and mathematics graduate from Imperial College, London, John has more than 15 years’ M&A experience and has previously worked for Clearwater and Grant Thornton.
