Trystan works with ambitious management teams looking to grow their business with the support of a private equity partner.
Trystan joined LDC in 2022 from Rabobank where he was an Associate Director in the UK M&A team, advising private equity and strategic clients in the consumer food sector. Prior to that, he worked in Investment Banking at Liberum, covering small and mid-cap consumer, retail and leisure companies.
Trystan previously spent time in Equity Research at Sanford C. Bernstein and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and began his career at PwC in Transaction Services, conducting financial due diligence for transactions primarily in the healthcare sector.
Trystan is an ICAEW chartered accountant and has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Sheffield.
