Klara helps identify and support ambitious management teams across Reading and the Thames Valley which are looking to take the next step in their growth journey with the backing of a private equity partner.
Klara joined LDC in 2019 from the Lloyds Banking Group graduate scheme. She now works in LDC South’s new business team with responsibility for originating, executing, and managing portfolio investments.
Klara was involved in LDC’s recent investments in data and network security specialist Red Helix, cloud data business Aker Systems and Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services, a tech-enabled healthcare provider. Klara is also a board observer on LDC portfolio company Boxpark. Before Lloyds Banking Group, she was a Business Operations Executive at Loot Financial Services, a fast-growing fintech firm. Klara also has experience in working in capital markets having worked for The Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Klara holds a First Class honours degree in Business & Finance from Queen Mary University of London and is currently studying for CFA Level III. Klara is an advocate for supporting female representation in private equity and is co-chair of the Emerging Talent Committee for Level 20.
