Alex works with ambitious management teams across the South West & Wales, helping them to realise their ambitions for growth with the support of a private equity partner.
Alex joined LDC at the start of 2023 on a one year secondment from Lloyds Bank. Since joining, Alex has supported the minority investment in tech enabled legal services company, The Barrister Group.
Prior to joining LDC, Alex was an Associate Director within Lloyd’s Leveraged Finance business. He has spent the last three years executing several large and mid-cap private equity backed transactions across a broad range of sectors, including industrials, TMT, healthcare and business services. Before joining the Leveraged Finance team, Alex was a Relationship Manager covering Global Corporate clients in the Consumer & Healthcare Sector.
Alex graduated from Exeter University where he studied Philosophy and Politics before joining the Lloyds graduate scheme in 2015. Whilst on the graduate scheme, Alex undertook various role across real estate, oil & gas and secondary loan sales as well as becoming a CFA Charterholder.
