
Aziz is a Partner responsible for working with ambitious management teams to grow their businesses in transactions of up to £100million equity.
Since joining LDC in 2019, Aziz has led the investments in Uinsure (cloud-based technology platform), (Avantis (ed-tech specialist), Omniplex (digital learning), EMS Healthcare (mobile healthcare solutions), PAM Group (preventative healthcare) as well as working on LDC’s investment in MSQ Partners (digital transformation) and Marmalade Games (mobile games). He has also successfully led the exits of Pure Cottages (premium online holiday rental) to Sykes Cottages, Giacom (cloud services) to Digital Wholesale Solution ‘DWS’ and Stroma (testing, inspection and technology) to Phenna Group.

Prior to joining LDC, Aziz was a Partner at Deloitte in M&A advisory and advised on a large number of mid-market private equity and private company transactions across a range of sectors in the UK, Europe and the broader UK/US corridor. Aziz also spent three years based in Dubai where he led Deloitte’s M&A advisory team across the Middle East.
