Significant Growth
Since our original investment Omniplex has completed the acquisitions of SAAS digital adoption specialist Nickelled which now operates as Omniplex Guide and IT and digital transformation training specialist Good e-learning.
In 2023, Onmiplex announced it had recorded record revenues. Turnover has increased by nearly a third over the past financial year and is expected to grow to over £20m this year. The company, also recorded more than 40% compound annual growth rate over the past three years and the majority of its revenues (>80%) are recurring. Despite significant ongoing investment in its solutions and people, profits also increased from £2.5m to £2.9m over the period, delivering a 20% margin. Further growth is projected for the rest of 2023, as well as plans to increase employees to 100.
