Andy is a member of the LDC’s Portfolio Team, working directly with management teams to help create value and drive growth. Alongside this, Andy is responsible for the co-ordination of The LDC Network, through which we seek to broaden and deepen our extensive relationships with Non-Executive Directors and Chairs.
Andy joined LDC in 2012, working initially in Finance, before joining the Portfolio Team in 2018. He is a standing member of LDC’s Valuation and Portfolio Committees.
Andy has worked across a number LDC investments, spanning a broad range of sectors including tech, data analytics, retail, food, industrials and leisure. He has led and supported across several successful exits including Blis, Aqualisa, Centiq, Compleat and The Atcore Group. Andy is a graduate of the University of Birmingham, is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from Aston University.
