Leading mid-market private equity firm LDC has exited its minority investment in cloud technology company Aker Systems to Abry Partners. Financial details of the transaction are undisclosed.

Founded in 2017, Aker Systems designs, builds and operates ground-breaking ultra-secure public cloud environments and advanced data infrastructure platforms.
