CTI Group (CTI) is an award-winning digital transformation business, providing a range of services spanning digital marketing, web and app development and digital strategy.
Founded almost 20 years ago by Nick Rhind, CTI has grown into an industry leader through its commitment to people, its clients, and its use of innovative and cutting-edge technologies.
Over the last three years, it has completed five acquisitions, with revenues growing to £18m in the last 12 months. Today, the Manchester-headquartered business employs 175 people across its offices in Manchester and Lancaster.
Building on momentum
LDC first backed the CTI team in February 2022, making a £25m minority investment to support the business to boost its presence in the UK and overseas. It will now roll out its strategy of enhancing its suite of digital services and expanding through acquisition.
This includes plans to expand into new international territories, and opening new offices to support its growing customer base in the USA, Europe and Asia.
Growth by acquisition
In July 2022, CTI Group made its first acquisition since LDC’s investment by acquiring app development agency Silverchip. The winners of Tech Company of the Year, App of the Year and Best Use of Technology in 2022, Silverchip’s team of mobile experts will further enhance CTI’s “full service offering” in providing leading edge mobile app competency to their current and future clients.
