Supporting growth
We are backing the management team to support IEG4’s growth strategy. With LDC’s support the team are now investing heavily in new product development. They are also expanding IEG4’s development team as they continue to deliver innovative, market-leading technology solutions to clients.
In July 2024, LDC backed IEG4 to acquire Agile Applications, another provider of primarily SaaS software solutions to UK local authorities in complementary business functions. This strategic move marked a significant milestone and ensured IEG4 is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory, leveraging the strengths of both organisations to capture new market opportunities and drive transformative change in the public sector.
