Two LDC-backed tech businesses named best performing in the UK at Megabuyte100 Awards

LDC-backed FSP and Omniplex Learning have been recognised as the best performing UK technology businesses in their fields at the Megabuyte100 Awards 2024.
The awards, held last night at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah in London, were split into the Emerging Stars, which named the top 50 technology scale-ups in the UK, and the Megabuyte50, which named the top mid-market technology companies. Businesses included in both the Megabuyte50 and Emerging Stars were also shortlisted for individual categories at the ceremony.
FSP, an award-winning provider of digital transformation services to large enterprises and public sector organisations, was ranked fourth in the Megabuyte50 and took home the Best Performing IT Consulting Company Award. The judges noted FSP’s heritage in the Microsoft ecosystem, strong advisory capability and competency in areas including cloud and data engineering.
Omniplex Learning, which empowers organisations worldwide to design, create and deliver effective and engaging digital learning, was ranked 19th in the Megabuyte50 and won the Best Performing Value-Added Reseller Award. The judges said Omniplex’s focus on specialisation and consistent investment in product development, capabilities and marketing has driven strong financial performance.
LDC-backed 15below, the market leader in hyper-personalised, automated passenger communications for the travel industry, and Evolution Funding, a leading technology-led motor finance platform, were also recognised in the Megabuyte50 for their exceptional performance and growth, ranking 14th and 37th respectively.
In addition, two former LDC portfolio companies were represented in the Megabuyte50. iamproperty, a leading provider of technology to estate agents, was ranked 25th and CIPHR, a cloud-based software provider, was ranked 49th.
Individual awards for the Emerging Stars included the LDC-sponsored Best Performing Owner-Managed Business Award, presented to IT support services provider etiCloud by Chris Baker, Partner at LDC, who said:
