In February 2024, Instinctif Partners announced the appointment of Jim Donaldson as Non-Executive Chairman, and in March 2024, the appointment of Julian Walker as CEO. They will lead the existing leadership team in driving forward a clear growth plan centred on the embedding of strategy and insights capabilities into Instinctif’s core corporate, capital markets and public policy offer.

In October 2024, Instinctif Partners launched its ‘Change Index’, a report that aims to better understand the way ‘change’ is being perceived and responded to within UK business, politics, thought leadership and everyday life. The research, conducted between May and August 2024, engaged 200+ business leaders and 2k members of the general public.
