UniHomes recognised as Yorkshire and the North East’s fastest-growing tech company

LDC-backed student accommodation advertising platform UniHomes has been named in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 2023, one of the UK’s foremost technology awards programmes which highlights the fastest-growing technology companies in the country.

Now in its 26th year, Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 ranks the UK technology companies with the strongest revenue growth over the last four years. Previous winners include Skyscanner, Revolut, Just Eat and Deliveroo.

UniHomes was the top ranked businesses in Yorkshire and the North East and placed 42nd nationally at the prestigious awards, which were held at Royal Lancaster in London and attended by industry leaders from across the technology sector.

UniHomes helps students find their perfect university ‘home from home’ by connecting them with thousands of student properties offering all-inclusive living. Letting agents are able to integrate the UniHomes platform within their back-office systems and generate enquiries to fill their student accommodation portfolios.

LDC’s Yorkshire team backed the business in July 2023 to support its regional growth ambitions and further develop its platform and service provision for both student and letting agent customers.

LDC is actively looking to partner with more ambitious management teams with a clear growth plan like the businesses featured in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50.
