Founded in 2015, UniHomes is a market-leading student accommodation advertising platform.
Based in Sheffield and operating in 41 locations nationwide, it helps students to find their perfect university ‘home from home’, by connecting them with thousands of student properties offering all-inclusive living.
Letting agents can integrate the UniHomes platform with their own back-office systems and generate enquiries to fill their student accommodation portfolios.
Targeting regional growth
LDC supported the business with a minority investment in July 2023.
The partnership is now helping co-founders Phil Greaves, Bradley Cox and Luca Mori to accelerate UniHomes’ regional growth ambitions and further develop the platform and service provision for both its student and letting agent customers.
UniHomes also appointed a new Non-Executive Chairman, Mark Goddard. Mark will support and champion the team at UniHomes with his wealth of experience and sector expertise.
Dedicated to its people and workplace culture
At the end of 2023, UniHomes was officially certified as a Great Place to Work (GPTW). The accolade reaffirms UniHomes’ commitment to creating a workplace and culture that is inclusive, vibrant and supports the needs of its team. GPTW is the global authority on workplace culture and its certification is only awarded if employee feedback from its survey is at least 65% positive. UniHomes scored well above this threshold with a score of 82%.
