LDC crowned Private Equity Firm of the Year at Yorkshire Rainmaker Awards

LDC took home the Private Equity Firm award at the Yorkshire Rainmakers Awards 2023, which is decided by the region’s corporate finance community on a ‘one firm, one vote’ basis.
The team, who were honoured at a ceremony at The Queens Hotel in Leeds, were recognised for a busy last 12 months of activity that included investments in York-headquartered technology provider Cellhire and data specialists BCIS.
LDC was also a finalist in the Private Equity Exit category for its exit of Bradford-based recruitment business SPS, and the M&A category.
