LDC takes home Funding Team of the Year at East Midlands Dealmaker Awards

LDC’s Nottingham office has been named Funding Team of the Year at the East Midlands Dealmaker Awards, following a standout year of activity.

The judges commended LDC for completing three major deals, which maintained its reputation as the region’s most consistent private equity house.

This included supporting the secondary buyout of the UK’s leading chilled savoury pastry producer Addo Food Group, the management buyout of ENSEK, which supplies software solutions to UK energy providers, along with the sale and subsequent reinvestment in Forest Holidays.
