Kevin O’Loughlin

Kevin is an Investment Director in LDC’s East Midlands & East of England team, based in Nottingham. He is responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, leading transactions, and supporting ambitious management teams across the region to grow their business.

Kevin joined LDC in 2024 bringing almost 15 years’ experience in private equity and corporate finance from across the Midlands region. Kevin started his career in deals with EY’s corporate finance team before spending three years with Deloitte before moving into mid-market private equity in 2018. Kevin has worked on a range of successful investments during his career across sectors, with a primary focus on business services and technology investments.

Kevin graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Money, Banking and Finance degree and is an ICAEW chartered accountant.
