Mustafa specialises in value creation through go-to-market strategies supporting portfolio companies with their sales, marketing and commercial effectiveness.

Mustafa spent his early career at Mars in a corporate development role within their mergers & acquisitions team leading transformational acquisitions, before moving to Virgin in their venture building team launching new businesses, then onto scaling Uber in the UK. Mustafa’s initial role at Uber was as their Northwest GM, before moving into the UK&I Leadership team with responsibility for customer operations and strategy. Since 2020 he has been a fractional CRO, Investor, Advisor and Board Director in a number of UK scale ups including Avasam – a dropshipping platform for retailers and sellers in the UK, Printsource- custom packaging marketplace for independent food brands, and Sessions – food tech platform for virtual restaurant brands.

Mustafa is a graduate and Governor of The London School of Economics with a focus on championing entrepreneurship and social change within the School.
