Josh identifies and supports ambitious management teams looking to grow their business with the support of a private equity partner.
Josh joined LDC in 2019 with responsibility for originating, executing and managing portfolio investments.
Since joining LDC, he’s supported a number of the firm’s high profile partnerships. This includes LDC’s investment in IGG, 15below, Edwin Group, Kingswood and Aquavista’s acquisition of Castle Marinas.
Josh previously worked at corporate finance boutique Smith Square Partners and worked on mid-market private equity and corporate transactions. Josh has a primary focus on business services and healthcare, although retains a broadly generalist view.
Josh qualified as an accountant whilst at KPMG and graduated from Bristol University.
