Jasmine partners with LDC portfolio companies to support senior management and board hiring, through the development and management of LDC’s valued network of executives and non-executives.

Jasmine brings a decade of experience in private equity, with a focus on building data-driven approaches to origination and portfolio talent functions. She has a strong track record of aligning people strategies with value creation plans and supporting management teams through accelerated growth, professionalisation, and transformation. Her work ensures that portfolio companies have access to the senior leadership and expertise they need at every stage of their journey.

Jasmine joined LDC from mid-market fund CGE Partners, where she was Head of Origination and Talent. There, she built and leveraged the firm’s network of senior leaders to support portfolio-wide talent needs. Prior to this, she was at Inflexion, where she contributed to the firm’s origination strategy and executive engagement initiatives.

Jasmine holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from University College London and a Master’s in Finance from Hult International Business School.
