Harsha is responsible for helping LDC portfolio companies deliver profitable growth through commercial excellence.
Since joining LDC in 2017, Harsha has partnered with nearly 20 LDC portfolio companies to deliver incremental enterprise value of over £100m.
Selected recent value creation activities include: supporting product launch, improving commercial governance and improving customer retention at NBS; supporting multiple customer acquisition initiatives at Texthelp and price optimisation at FC Business Intelligence.
Prior to LDC, Harsha was Group Commercial Director at Regus plc and held management consultancy positions at McKinsey & Co and Simon-Kucher & Partners. Harsha holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
