Harsha is responsible for helping LDC portfolio companies deliver profitable growth through commercial excellence.

Harsha joined LDC in 2017. He has extensive experience in delivering projects to improve sales effectiveness, pricing, product commercialisation, customer acquisition and customer retention. His recent work includes supporting LDC-backed NBS, Mandata, FC Business Intelligence and CIPHR with their commercial approach.

Harsha sits on the board of NBS and Mandata as a Non-Executive Director.

Prior to LDC, Harsha was Commercial Director at Regus plc and held management consultancy positions at McKinsey & Co and Simon-Kucher & Partners. Harsha holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
