We back ambitious management teams, supporting them to grow their businesses responsibly throughout our period of investment by:

Conducting ESG due diligence for all new investments, identifying key risks and value creation opportunities.
-
Creating a practical, Board-approved action plan that is refreshed annually.
-
Capitalising on our scale and experience to deliver impactful projects.
-
Hosting regular ESG events and webinars to help keep our portfolio on the front foot.
-
Consolidating ESG improvements to create an authentic equity story that maximises exit valuation.
