Pertemps Network Group (PNG) is one of the UK’s largest independent providers of recruitment solutions, with headquarters in Meriden, Warwickshire, and more than 150 branches and offices located nationwide.
The firm has more than 1,700 staff working from 250 locations and recruits across several sectors, including teaching, healthcare, IT, and finance.
In February 2012, LDC supported the management buyout of Pertemps Limited and AIM-listed Network Group Holdings plc by a joint management team, a deal that made Pertemps Network Group the UK’s largest independent provider of specialist outsourced recruitment services and temporary employment solutions.
The transaction consolidated Pertemps and Network into a unified business, which allowed for more effective marketing and delivery of its combined capability and facilitating the Group’s planned growth and acquisition strategy.
The company, which has been recognised for its achievements by The Sunday Times in its national Top Track 100 rankings, achieved record sales of over £1bn in its last financial year.
LDC exited its minority investment in April 2023.
