Omniplex Learning (Omniplex) empowers organisations worldwide to design, create and deliver effective and engaging digital learning. The company has offices in the UK and China and is the official partner of Articulate software in the UK. Articulate is the world leading eLearning authoring platform used by more than 100,000 organisations globally to create digital learning programmes for more than 100million learners.

In 2021 Omniplex secured investment from LDC to support its growth strategy including enabling the management team to further consolidate its market-leading position and target further organic growth and  complementary acquisitions.

Significant Growth

Since our original investment Omniplex has completed the acquisitions of SAAS digital adoption specialist Nickelled  which now operates as Omniplex Guide, IT and digital transformation training specialist Good e-learning and cyber security training provider Matobo.

Award-winning growth

Onmiplex announced it had recorded record revenues in 2022, turnover increased by nearly a third and the company, also recorded more than 40% compound annual growth rate over the past three years and the majority of its revenues (>80%) are recurring. Despite significant ongoing investment in its solutions and people, profits also increased from £2.5m to £2.9m over the period, delivering a 20% margin.

In 2024, Omniplex was ranked 19^th in the Megabuyte50 and won the Best Performing Value-Added Reseller Award at the Megabuyte100 Awards. The judges said Omniplex’s focus on specialisation and consistent investment in product development, capabilities and marketing has driven strong financial performance.
