Significant Growth
Since our original investment Omniplex has completed the acquisitions of SAAS digital adoption specialist Nickelled which now operates as Omniplex Guide, IT and digital transformation training specialist Good e-learning and cyber security training provider Matobo.
Award-winning growth
Onmiplex announced it had recorded record revenues in 2022, turnover increased by nearly a third and the company, also recorded more than 40% compound annual growth rate over the past three years and the majority of its revenues (>80%) are recurring. Despite significant ongoing investment in its solutions and people, profits also increased from £2.5m to £2.9m over the period, delivering a 20% margin.
In 2024, Omniplex was ranked 19th in the Megabuyte50 and won the Best Performing Value-Added Reseller Award at the Megabuyte100 Awards. The judges said Omniplex’s focus on specialisation and consistent investment in product development, capabilities and marketing has driven strong financial performance.

In 2025, Onecom announced an increase in revenue by nearly a fifth and EBITDA by a quarter as it continues strong growth on the back of expanded product suites, investment in people and and demand for AI-supported learning tools.
In July 2025, Onecom acquired cutting-edge cloud technology company, Gradwell Communications, marking its thirteenth acquisition since 2020. The acquisition will allow Onecom to grow its product offering and customer base through an extended geographic reach.
