LDC’s Natasha Fisher wins Rising Star at Actum Value Creation Awards 2025

LDC VCP Commercial Manager Natasha Fisher has been named Rising Star at the Actum Private Equity Value Creation Awards 2025.

The third edition of the Actum Private Equity Value Creation Awards took place on 20 March 2025 at The British Museum, London, celebrating outstanding achievements in private equity and value creation.

Natasha was recognised for delivering exceptional results since joining LDC, and the private equity industry, in October 2023.  Previously, Natasha worked for a consultancy firm and has transferred her skills into private equity to support the management teams of LDC’s portfolio companies, helping to deliver sales and marketing improvements.

In addition to her work with LDC’s portfolio companies, as part of LDC’s partnership with youth charity The King’s Trust, Natasha also delivers interactive workshops for ‘Business Advance’, a programme designed to help young entrepreneurs across the UK sustain and grow their businesses through the first three years of trading.

The Rising Star award recognises an individual who has worked in the private equity sector for no longer than two years and demonstrated an outstanding talent in identifying and executing value creation and growth strategies, which have proven to deliver results across one or more investments during their short time in the industry.
