LDC-Backed Communications Technology Provider Onecom Acquires Leicester-based Telecoms Provider Daly Systems Ltd.

Onecom, the UK’s leading business communications technology and cloud communications specialist, has successfully acquired Daly Systems, marking its twelfth acquisition since 2020.
Daly Systems is an experienced communications and connectivity provider, with a well-established capability in Unified Communications (UC) and IT Managed Services. The company maintains long-standing partnerships with Gamma, Microsoft, Openreach and Jola.
This acquisition enhances Onecom’s capabilities and capacity through Daly Systems’ expert team, geographic reach via its Leicester Operations Centre, and an established customer base, offering significant opportunities and benefits for those customers. This move further strengthens Onecom’s expansion and aligns with its well-established buy-and-build strategy.
