LDC-Backed communications technology provider Onecom acquires highly respected hosted voice, SIP and connectivity company Gradwell Communications

Onecom, the UK’s leading business communications technology and cloud communications specialist, has successfully acquired Gradwell Communications in its thirteenth acquisition since 2020.
Gradwell Communications is an experienced and cutting-edge cloud technology company delivering leading cloud communications services to thousands of businesses. Gradwell’s solution portfolio includes its own business-hosted voice system (Wave) and SIP network, as well as award-winning unified communications solutions leveraging 3CX and Microsoft Teams, along with connectivity.
This acquisition affords Onecom additional capability through its expert direct and channel teams, further geographic reach via Gradwell’s Bath and Leeds offices, and the addition of an established customer base. This acquisition presents numerous strategic benefits and opportunities for customers.
