LDC scoops Large Deal of the Year at Thames Valley Deals Awards 2023

LDC took home Large Deal of the Year (£50m+) at this year’s Thames Valley Deals Awards for its exit and reinvestment in digital transformation services provider FSP.

The awards, which celebrate outstanding achievements across the region’s dealmaking community, were attended by more than 300 people for an evening of celebration at Reading Football Club’s Stadium.

LDC’s South team won Large Deal of the Year for its successful two-year partnership with Reading-based FSP, the fast-growing provider of digital transformation services, during which the business more than doubled revenues and headcount by expanding its customer base and services. LDC was also commended for reinvesting in FSP alongside CBPE to support the business’ continued expansion.

This reinvestment enabled FSP to make the strategic acquisition of leading cyber security consultancy Savanti, which strengthened FSP’s capabilities in cyber services for its growing portfolio of customers. The combined business is now on track to deliver revenues of over £30m in 2023 and employ more than 250 digital transformation and cyber specialists.
